Refund policy
1) Refund Process
- Please get in touch with Customer Service email-service@agrotkindustrial.com indicating the item (s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours. For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.
- Once the return request is approved(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted), we will give you a shipping label. Please attach the label to the machine and we will ask transport company to pick up your machine.
- Pack up the item (s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.
- We will refund to your original payment method after receiving the package in 1-2 business days.
2) Non-returnable items
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Damage was caused due to not following the user manual.
- Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (chisels, blades, etc).
- Damage is caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.
- Theft or loss of a product.
3) Returnable items
- Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.
- Covers broken components under normal use.
5) Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
- If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

1. No longer needed
The customer may return an item to agrotkindustrial for a refund within 30 days from delivery if the item is unopened/unused and in original condition. We will refund the total cost of the product. But you need to pay for the return shipping fee.
If the customer ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different product, the customer will need to place a separate order for the new product.
2. Shippment Delays
Agrotk-industrial provides the customer with a delivery estimate at the time of purchase but contracts with third-party carriers and as such cannot guarantee a delivery date. Customers can cancel an order and receive a full refund prior to the order being shipped. After the order has shipped, the customer may return the item within 30 days and agrotk-industrial will refund the total cost of the order.
3. Received Damaged
Once the damage is confirmed by agrotkindustrial, the customer can choose to have the product repaired or return it for a replacement product at no extra cost. Agrotk-industrial will have our own technical support team to provide repair services. If the customer would like to repair the product through a third-party service provider, the customer must have authorization from agrotkindustrial first.
4.Incorrect quantity of product received
If the customer received the incorrect quantity of the product, please contact agrotk-industrial and provide the TPIN and picture of the product and quantity of the product received. If agrotk-industrial confirms the quantity of the product shipped to the customer is incorrect, agt industrial will send the missing product to the customer at no extra cost.
5. Missing Parts
When the customer receives the product, please make sure all the components and parts on the packing list come with the shipment. If there is a discrepancy, please contact agrotk-industrial and provide the packing missing parts. Agrotk-industrial will send the missing parts to the customer at no extra cost.
6. Defective Product
If the product is not working properly, please contact Agrotk-industrial customer service for technical support. If Agrotk-industrial determines that the product is defective and not able to be repaired, the customer can choose to receive a replacement for free or return the product and be fully refunded.
7. Don't have an unloading tool
Before you place the order, please make sure you have an unloading tool, for example, a skid steer loader or a forklift. Liftgate service only supports machines weighing less than 2500lb. If you want to return the machine, due to having no unloading machine. You need pay for our shipping fee and your return fee.
