The CFG-45UF is the upgraded successor to the CFG-40UF, combining the proven performance of the original model with enhanced attachment control and jobsite versatility. Powered by a Kubota D1703-E4B-SWD-1 diesel engine rated at 18.2 kW (24.4 HP) at 2,200 rpm, this 3.8-ton mini crawler excavator delivers dependable digging power, precise pilot control, and a maximum digging depth of 3,120 mm (122.8 in).
The CFG-45UF adds a hydraulic thumb for improved material handling, a four-way dozer blade for more flexible grading and backfilling, selectable left- or right-hand control operation, dual hydraulic outputs for expanded attachment compatibility, and a quick coupler for faster attachment changes. With a 0.11 m³ (3.88 cu ft) bucket capacity, a maximum bucket breakout force of 31.8 kN (7,149 lbf), and a maximum digging radius of 5,390 mm (212.2 in), it is well suited to construction, landscaping, utility work, and property maintenance.
An enclosed cab with air conditioning and heater, FOPS/TOPS certification, LED boom and front-cab lights, pilot controls, side-swing boom, rearview mirrors, and a dual-speed travel system provide a comfortable and practical operating environment. Rubber or steel track configurations are available to match different working conditions, while the quick coupler, hydraulic thumb, and dual hydraulic outputs help operators switch between tasks with less downtime.
