Note : We offer a one-year warranty for machines purchased through our website. However, we are not affiliated with any auctions and therefore cannot provide warranties for machines purchased through such channels.

But If you encounter any technical difficulties or require replacement parts, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you.

When you encounter some problems after the purchase, please let me know the details via email. We will reply to you in 1-2 business days.

1)  Machines purchased from the following channels don't have warranty

1. Third party auction
2. Someone else resells it to you
3. Used machine

1) What does this warranty cover?

    a. Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
    b. Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.
    c. Covers broken components under normal use.

2) What will we do to correct problems?

    Products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the circumstances.

3) How long does the warranty last?

    All Agrotkindustrial products come with a 1-year non-transferable warranty when purchased directly from our website.

4) What isn’t covered?

• Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
• Damage caused due to not following the user manual.
• Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (chisels, blades, etc).
• Damage caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.
• Theft or loss of a product.

5) To start a claim please email us at service@agrotkindustrial.com with the following information.

• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Product SKU
• Where the product was purchased (including purchase number if known)
• Date of purchase
• A description of the defect
• Photographs or videos of the product showing any defects

For the problem caused by quality problem, we will ship the parts to your address for free. But we have to charge for parts that are damaged by human beings.
